I saw this lock yesterday and couldn't figure out what it was locking. It was attached to a brick in a wall, but there wasn't a door or anything. I was confused. Still am...

it's a boring old key holder. we had one locked to our front stair rail for awhile after we bought our house. the realtor had to come and take it away.
